The personal information we receive may come directly from you or from someone you authorise to provide us with your details. In some cases we may receive your personal information if we have been asked to send you a trial or gift subscription.
SPT also collects non-personal information during your visit to our website through the use of cookies. - To record your submissions for the colouring texts;

- If you make a substantial gift to our work, we may contact you to thank you and to discuss if you have any preferences for how we use the resources you have provided.
We do not sell or share your personal details to third parties for the purposes of their marketing.
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice.

We may also share your information for legal or regulatory
purposes. In some cases, as part of our normal delivery
arrangements we will share information you have provided with others
so that the items you have requested can be delivered to you.
The third parties to whom we may disclose your information are
obligated to comply with laws and regulations to keep your
information confidential and secure. If they would like to use your
information for any other purpose, they must notify you and obtain
your consent.
Children
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information of children under the age of thirteen (13) without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. In some cases we are provided with names of children and their ages together with their Bibleclass scores from Pastors and Sunday School teachers outside of the EU. This information is used solely to generate and award certificates of achievement. Names and ages of children are occasionally published in our magazines as a record of their achievements. We will not do this unless we have first obtained the consent of the individual or their parent/guardian.
